1971 Porsche 911 E Targa 9111210812

Although little is known of the early history of this D-series Porsche 911 E Targa, it is currently finished in a Pearl White, and according to factory records, it originally left the factory painted in 221 Light Metallic Green with a tan leatherette interior and its requisite black removable soft top panel. The consignor states that this car was fitted with the very desirable Recaro-made leather sport seat option, which offers deeper bolsters on the backrest and bottom cushions for both driver and passenger comfort during enthusiastic driving. Additionally, it includes side mouldings and German-language instrumentation. The consignor also notes that the engine has been fitted with a factory-installed catalytic converter. Auction Source: 2014 Paris by RM Auctions
