The recently released film “Rangabali” has garnered attention before the movie’s release for the unique promotional activity that the makers aimed by pulling out a spoof on the popular interviews in Tollywood. Now, the movie is out in theatres.
While the movie falls short in certain aspects, comedian Satya shines big with an energetic and entertaining presence on screen. The talented actor has become the saving grace for many viewers. Starring Naga Shaurya in the lead role, Satya carried the movie on his shoulders in the first half.
Among the various elements in “Rangabali,” the standout factor has undoubtedly been Satya’s comedic brilliance. The actor brings his trademark wit and impeccable timing to the role, injecting the film with much-needed humor. There isn’t a single scene involving Satya in the movie that gives boredom. Satya’s efforts are laudable but the movie falls flat in the later half.
Rangabali falls short in its execution in the second half, according to many viewers. The narrative loses its momentum, and the plot becomes less compelling, leading to a disappointing experience.
Directed by Pawan Basamsetty, the movie features Yukti Thareja, Shine Tom Chacko and others.
