Genshin Impact 4.1 update will bring Neuvillette as a 5-star playable character from Fontaine. He is the Chief Justice of Fontaine and plays an important role in the new Archon quest. As per the leaks, Neuvillette will be a Hydro character who uses a catalyst to fight against the enemies.
